I honestly felt ripped off and was unpatiencet and quite flustered, but a gentleman gave me a new code that worked and activated the game for me. I recommend using the 'Origin client', go to 'Help' the select 'live chat' (it has phone too but was unavailable for some reason) It has a timer that does work and will not have the 'this session is expired' They were able to help me and make me feel much better. I used the 'live chat help', but it said 20-30 mins wait, then at 15 mins it said my session had expired, i tried again and again with no luck, i did so for 6 hrs, the phone number provided did not work for me either.
